waverun For his eyes and his armor and handle of his sword and his necklace,i used the hard light paintbrush mode and put the brush to circle fuzzy.For the glow in the background,i used the supernova from the light and shadow section of the filters,made it white,put the radius to 51,put the spokes to 147,and put it in the top leeft corner of the drawing/editing screen.
