Sam (confused): I still don't understand how I ended up back here in Lima.
Quinn: You came back to help us compete at sectionals, remember?
Sam: I don't remember any of this happening.
Quinn: Well, I don't remember me changing back from being a slutty skank, but at least I actually tried to use my brain and figure everything out.
(Silence.)
Sam: What?
Quinn: Let's just go ahead and sing this song I found.
Sam: Okay then.
(Quinn turned towards her rosa, -de-rosa radio seguinte to her and plays the song link por Pink. As she walks around the room, Sam follows her from behind.)
Quinn (singing):

(Quinn turns around and sees Sam gazing at her eyes. She tries to back away, but he gets closer.)

(By the time the song ends, Sam leans forwards to Quinn to kiss her. But at that moment, they both hear someone shouting to Sam from the doorway in the choir room.)
Mercedes (shouting): Sam! What are you doing with her?
Sam: Mercedes?
Quinn (nervous): Mercedes. It's good to see you again. So, I heard that you're working with Artie. How's that going?
Mercedes (gritting her teeth, staring at Sam angrily): Fine...except his wheels keep rolling over my foot.
Sam: Why are you so mad, Mercedes?
Mercedes: I just came here to confess my amor to you. But now I see that you and Quinnie here returned the magic between you guys.
Quinn: No, it's not what it seems. I wasn't trying to--
Mercedes (to Quinn): Shut it, White Girl Ass. (Mercedes turns back to Sam.) I can't believe you, Sam. I tried helping you wiping off the slushie given to you after swimming, and you're just gonna let Quinn sex you up like a less sluttier Britney Spears or a blonde, skinny Snooki or something like that?
Sam: You didn't help [i]that much. Your boyfriend took you away and stuff.
Mercedes: At least I tried while I could.
Quinn (stuttering): M-Mercedes, please. Nothing's going on between Sam and I. It's just some silly duet, okay?
Mercedes: Fine. But I'll be watching you two.
(As soon as Mercedes left, Quinn grabbed her backpack and radio, and started walking out of the room.)
Quinn (to Sam): You...you calm it down seguinte time.
Sam: Sure.
(Quinn was in the hallway putting her stuff away, and had a moment about Sam.)
Quinn's Thoughts: It came back. Mercedes was right. The magic did come back. It's almost like I want to be his boyfriend again. But Mercedes is in the way, although she's my friend and all. What am I to do?
(Later that day, Quinn and Mercedes meet back up in the choir room for glee club.)
Quinn: oi Mercedes. What's been going on?
Mercedes: Don't talk your way out of it, Quinn. It's bad enough that I can't even remember rejoining New Directions. But you tried to get with the guy I first fell in amor with.
Quinn: First of all, I convinced you to rejoin New Directions. The same with Santana and Brittany.
Mercedes (mumbling to herself): I still don't remember...
Quinn: Secondly, I didn't try anything. He was all over me. Probably because of the nature of the song we were singing.
Mercedes: But that means he'll like you more. How can this dia get any worse?
(In the front of the room, Rachel is standing proudly and nervously at the same time.)
Rachel: I have an announcement, guys. Finn Hudson...has proposed to me!
(Silence.)
Rory: Is that legal?
Artie: Aw, hell to the no!
Mercedes: Great, it just got worse. And I'm not just talking about Artie stealing my catchphrase.
