SNSD Popularity ranking as of...today

This is not my opinion but this isn't what I call legit I am just throwing this out there for some perspective. For those who don't know about Soshified it is the largest international SNSD fansite. I think while this may not say who is mais popular internationally as a whole, this will show which members are thought higher of that others.


1. Taeyeon- no suprise
2. Tiffany probably twinkle and the whole TaeNy thing
3. Yoona- no surprise see is liked in dramas
4. Jessica- good on variety programs and looks pretty
5. Yuri variety and the "sexy" member
6. Sunny- probably just variety
7. Seohyun- hmmmm no idea?
8. Sooyoung-not promoted as much other members are
9. Hyoyeon- not promoted as well as everyone, which I think goes to show you that if you a dancer you will get the short end of the stick, esp if all you can do IS dance

Again this is NOT THE ACCURATE LIST, this is just something to look at since this is the closet we will get for a western view on SNSD........lets see how this pans out.

i think she would be 5th because she doesn't do as much indivuadual work as the others on topo, início so there may be a correaltion

2. Yoona - ideal girl in Korea, well known because of acting
3. Jessica - i think her image appeals to a lot of people

5. Seohyun - same as Tiffany
6. Yuri - the sexy one
7. Sooyoung - variety
8. Sunny - Koreans like her aegyo but other than that she doesn't appeal to them that much
9. Hyoyeon - considered to be the least pretty, has a voice not really suited for the kpop genre, etc

If por popularity you mean most liked among the general public, you'd switch Taeyeon and Yoona. As for fãs outside of Korea/Japan/China, they don't really make a difference in popularity rankings because there aren't enough people outside of these areas that know about SNSD

I agree with you miyuki. but I think Seohyun is mais popular than Tiffany and Sunny mais popular than Soyoyoung
