I need help with a cosplay!

I plan on cosplaying Winry for Dia das bruxas this year. I have the skirt, the boots, Im getting the tanktop tonight and the wig closer to October, but Im having a hard time finding the jacket...does anyone know where I can get one? Helpppp!!
