Cherry-Berry smoothie:
1cup Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante blueberries
1/2 cup Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante pitted cherries
1 Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante banana
1 TB spoon ground flaxseed
1 TB spoon amêndoa butter
combined all ingredients in a blender with 1 1/2 cups of water. if the consistency is to thick add mais water.

simple strawberries:
1 to 1 1/2 cups Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante strawberries
1 fresh banana
1/2 cup Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante blackberry
2 fresh kiwi
1/2 cup Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante mango
just add water (as thick or thin as you prefer) blend and enjoy.

homemade "healthy" ice cream:
4 Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante bananas broken into chunks before freezing
2 TB spoons amêndoa butter
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
blend banana's and amêndoa manteiga until smooth and creamy. add strawberries and vanilla and blend. put in container and freeze for 30 min for a soft texture or 1-2 hrs for a firmer texture.

people do not get enough frutas in there diet. something as simple as a few pieces of frutas a dia could improve your life (and maybe save it). In the United states seventy-eight million people have high blood pressure, about one in three American adults. the Lancet published a study a few years atrás involving five hundred researchers from mais than three hundred institutions in fifty country's. part of the study showed which foods, if added to the diet, might save lives. whole grains, vegetables and nut's and seed's were among the comida groups that people were lacking in the diet. which does the world need most?.....fruit! mais frutas in the diet (plus the other groups) can help lower blood pressure which the study identified as the number-one risk factor for death in the world.
i will share some of my favorito frutas smoothie, batido recipes to help people get mais frutas in there diets.
