Despite an excellent personal season for Torres, Liverpool have failed to win any competitions – with Wednesday’s Champions League loss to Chelsea effectively ending their season.
Torres scored the winner today as the Anfield side battled to a 1-0 win over Manchester City and the Spaniard believes that mais consistent League success is a possibility in the seguinte campaign.
“We want to win trophies every season,” he told Sky Sports.
“For the fãs the most important thing is the League. Maybe seguinte season. We have a strong team and we can win every game.”
