PLEASE comment do not ignore it correctly!!!

oi Guys really hears me going artigos 11 and 13! It concerns big companies google still facebook then YouTube and Instragam.also affects Tumblr and Fanpop.
I do not know fanpop and Tumblr will do but through this law both companies will go bankrupt.
You are not allowed to upload pictures because all pictures are checked por Uploadfilter!

I have long heard with the refugees.I live in Japan, even police in Japão want this law 11 and 13 artigos to come.They are annoyed animê and mangá offend.
