Contribute good stuff to clubs. Add imagens and videos, create pesquisas and pop teste questions, answer questions, comment on stuff. Everything counts. If a contributions gets fanned por people or a pergunta or pesquisa sparks off a discussion, that's even better.
The process is a bit aleatório though. Often people get medals in clubes where they've contributed very little, while their most active clubes remain medal-less or with a lower medal.

Yeah, I know what you mean. This is a good answer.
People don't give you the medals... it's all about contributing to a club. Sure, other fanning your stuff helps, but you can't get a medal without contributing.
You can cadastrar-se clubes do your best and they can award you woth a medal. Or you can like everything on other peoples' page to show you care and you can get a medal for that too.
