You go to their page, scroll down until you reach the mural section, write your message in the white box and press Post once you've finished. You can also add emoticons and props to the message if you want.
There are two ways of replying to a message. One is composição literária a post on their wall. The segundo is going to the original post and clicking on Add A Comment beneath the post. If you do this though, the person has to check their old post to see the response. They don't automatically get a message saying you've replied.
Well u go to someones perfil scroll down to mural section or just click mural on their perfil page at the topo, início below their lema and comment u can add emoticons and props of whatever u like just u don't get message that your mural has been commented on ( But if we still had meebo and your online then u will know my friend)
Everyone has given you good advise. I would just add that internet explorer gave me a lot of problems posting to walls. If you have google chrome it seems to work mais smoothly.

Thank you! Everyone's advise was great but for some reason it wouldn't work. I'll be on google chrome for now on lol :)
