It's not the last day; it's just the 100 most recent atualizações (pages 1 - 5, with 20 to a page). Depending on how many clubes are in your list and/or what atualizações filter you use, that could be anything from the past three months to the last ten minutes.

In general, you get a list that goes further back if you use the drop-down filter. For instance, you could sort por "Articles" and probably see a lot further back than, say, "Picks" (and certainly further back than "All updates").
