Hello, fellow fanpop users! Today, 1st January 2021, marks the 10th anniversary of the dia I myself became a fanpop user. And, seeing as I've stuck around after all this time, becoming a Fanpopper clearly was a decision I did not regret.
As of right now, I am currently a member of 778 fanpop spots, have enviado over 25,000 contributions across the website, voted in mais than 18,000 picks and written over 8,000 comments. Throughout my time here I have gone through my active and inactive phases (often depending on what else is going on in real life) and, every time I've come back on here after a break, it has always been so easy to get back into and feel at início again!
So many of you, thanks to your contributions and recommendations, have also introduced a lot of new interests to me too! fanpop (and its many users) has introduced me to a bunch of new bands, filmes and TV shows, as well as encouraged me to broaden my variety of interests in many different areas.
Meanwhile, outside of Fanpop, here are some of the things I have been up to over the past decade (between 1.1.2011 and 1.1.2021):
-Became a freelance graphic designer and illustrator, after being made redundant from my job at the end of 2010
-Had some animation and editing work on TV
-Fulfilled my childhood dream of playing the lead role in a stage show
-Earned my degree in teaching
-Created 3 different animation/live action hybrid short films which were played in local theatre shows (e.g. the first was played during aladdin and it showed the actors sitting on an animated magic carpet)
-Got on the property ladder
-Lost my freelance business because of Brexit
-Fulfilled my childhood dream of playing the lead role in a stage show a segundo time
-Said goodbye to my last remaining grandparents
-Co-founded a new business, this time a video game company
-Released our first video game
-Learned (and unlearned) a whole lot about myself and the world around me
Well, hope you enjoyed leitura my fanpop life story (both on and off the internet). I'd amor to hear what kinds of things have happened in your lives since being a Fanpopper. Besides, I know a lot of you have been around here much longer than I have!
Thanks for leitura and here's looking progressivo, para a frente to many mais enjoyable years of Fanpop!

I've been wondering this for a while. How did everyone discover fanpop? I found it when I googled, "The Office full episodes." I found them on fanpop and started looking at the other spots. All the media on each spot was amazing. There was so much stuff on one topic. I was office crazy for a while and was on there nearly everyday until I discovered the harry potter spot. Finally I met other people who loved harry potter as much as me. I started finding other spots with my interests. I even made a spot. I check fanpop everyday for updates. I've become a fanpop fanatic. So, how did you discover fanpop?
