It was evening and Kelsey had no idea where she was. Her father had failed to mention and she had been too upset to pay any attention to any sign boards. All she knew was that she was at a bar and that she was planning on getting drunk.
“Guess you can’t serve any booze?” she moped.
“No, technically I can’t” the bartender replied. He grabbed a bottle of bourbon. “But then again, I never play por the rules” He poured a glass and shove it to her. He waved his hand when she wanted to take her wallet. “On me” “Gee, thanks” Kelsey said. “Rough night?” the bartender asked. “More like rough life and it’s only getting started” Kelsey said. “Feel like sharing?” the bartender suggested. “I can be a very good listener” “Yeah, I bet you could” Kelsey commented, smirking a little. “Did I see a glimpse of a smile?” the bartender asked. Kelsey shook her head. “There’s nothing to smile about. My dad threw me out of the house”
“Okay, that sucks” the bartender. “But we all have daddy issues at some point in our live. It’ll turn out fine in the end. Trust me, I would know” he winked.
“I don’t think this will” Kelsey said neurotic. She put down the glass and coughed. “This was a bad idea”
“What, coming here or having alcohol?”
“The second” Kelsey answered. “I’m feeling sick” The moment she got of her tamborete, fezes she grabbed her head and screamed.
“What’s wrong?” the bartender exclaimed and he came from behind the bar.
“My head!” Kelsey cried.
“Come on, let’s get you outside” the bartender said. He threw Kelsey’s arm over his shoulder and guided her outside, the other customers watching them. Once they were outside he let go of her and she leaned with her back against a wall. “You better now?”
Kelsey shook her head. “It’s only getting worse” she cried. “Oh God” She dropped on the ground and convulsed.
“What the hell’s going on?” the bartender exclaimed desperate. “You… you want me to call the hospital?”
But Kelsey was in too much pain to answer, so he decided on his own and dialed 911.
But even they couldn’t help her. Her body curled and her eyes rolled in their sockets, spittle dripping out of the corner of her mouth. They tried to put her in a strait-jacket, but for that she had to lay still and she didn’t.
“Please give her something to calm down” one said. A nurse pulled out a syringe and injected Kelsey’s neck, but it only made her mais furious.
It went on for hours in which the medical staff tried to find a solution and mais and mais people came outside to view what was happening.
Kelsey opened her eyes and the doctors stepped back. Her eyes were yellow and her face changed and all of a sudden she had fangs.
Despite the oath of Hippocrates the medical staff grabbed their stuff and ran to the ambulance. As the crowd separated a bright light enlightened Kelsey’s transforming body.

Katherine was sitting on a chair. A row of small stakes pinched each arm to the arm-rests and a special kind of muzzle kept her mouth shut. The muzzle also had stakes, smaller than the arm stakes, and they pierced through Katherine’s jaws. “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” Veronica said demeaning. “Actually, I’m not. You had this coming. You broke in here, you threatened me” She took a chair and put it down in front of Katherine. “Such a pity Derek chose the wrong side. If he hadn’t Damon Salvatore would be sitting seguinte to you”
Katherine managed to produce a smirk.
“Oh, don’t be so smug” Veronica sniffed. “I’ll get to him. He’s the one that killed Kelsey. He will die a slow and painful death” she said, mais to herself than to Katherine. She stood up and walked to a corner, where she picked up her cross-bow. “In the meantime” she said, while she aimed the crossbow at Katherine. “I have you to have fun with” and she fired.

Damon raced outside and got into his car. He turned around the keys and drove onto the street. He then pushed the accelerator pedal and raced ahead.
He tried to keep his eyes open. He should have drunken some blood, if only just a little bit. He could almost feel his body breaking inside. But he had to stay awake long enough to get to the hospital.
Other drivers were hooting, because he drove from right to left and from left to right.
“Where did you get your driving license?!” someone yelled angry.
Damon felt his eyes fall down. The car drove for another few yards, while other drivers tried to avoid it.
Then the car drove off the road, turned over three times, landed on its upper side and caught fire.
