It depends if your at the time when the nukes are detonating because you will die,but if you survive that,the radiation levels would be lethal if you walk outside.I don't think super mutants will come out,but ghouls could come out and some sort of government army like the enclave.Also I would collect a bunch of armor and weapons to survive if raiders tried to kill me
Ahh but it wouldn't be like fallout. It wouldn't be a baren desert landscape. We would be put into a nuclear winter. Like the seguinte ice age. With temperatures below freezing worldwide.
