Do Frosch and Lector ever fly?

Someone help me out here.
Can Lector and Frosch Fly?
I know Happy took flight moments after hatching and that Carla and Samuel Wings sprout through their clothes. But when Rogue lost to Gajeel. He ran a great distance (given his size!) Plus, I haven't seen any pics online of them with wings.

Yep, you're right. Lector and Frosch never fly. Or not yet, maybe. It was stated in wikia that all exceeds can use aera magic. So maybe, they can fly, but they never fly. I don't know why, though.
