If you read the mangá then Natsu is immensely powerful. He defeated Blue-note in a single attack and resisted his gravity magic. That very mage gave Gildarts a hard time and Natsu obliterated him.
I personally consider Natsu overpowered in comparison to other characters but as an answer, Natsu is extremely powerful right now in the manga.
As for the anime, he is powerful but not especially so. He's still beneath Erza and probably equal to Gray so he is powerful but not unbeatable just yet.

He did do that but that wasn't all of his power because he was distracted por a Wendy's because she had taken happy I think natsu has some of his E.N.D. Powers back I think that because of the cloth reaped around his arm not to mention that whenever he is close to some thing or someone with power that belongs to zaref or the sent of his older brother he grips that arm as if pain was in his arm plus he told everyone that his secret attack to defeat zaref while pating that very arm
In the anime, as of episode 175, he might be slightly above Erza and Mirajane now after beating 2 Dragon Slayers in Dragon Force mode. Himself, Gray, Wendy and Lucy all had Ultear's Arc of Time magic implanted into them to double their magic supply and increase their power, while Erza opted out of it.
Natsu is stronger than Erza, Laxus, and Mirajane. After all he is Zeref's (younger) brother. SPOILER ALERT Natsu was created por Zeref. And was dead for 400 years until Zeref revived him. Natsu is E.N.D. The most powerful Etherious (demon created por Zeref) of all.
