How do you think Gray and Juvia will develop from here?

Thanks for answering Kid_Flash and I completely agree that Gray has feelings for Juvia. However, I believe its mais than shyness or being dense. Juvia definitely loves him and thats what contrasts them. She is expressive with how she feels yet he isn't,love is something unwelcome to Gray and he's unfamiliar with it. Yes, I noticed that in 418 and even mais interestingly, its at Ryuzsetu Land where the 'love-slide' was. I think they will undoubtedly have become especially close por now, possibly romantic. We shall see when Mashima revisits them. Thanks for the answer.

Especially close yes, but not romantic. Mashima wouldn't just have Gray and Juvia suddenly dating without showing it into the story. He did it to Alzack and Bisca, but these two were secondary characters and their relationship didnt affect the story. On the other hand, i think he tries to develop the relationships between the main characters (NaLu, GaLe, Gruvia) as the story goes on.

Absolutely. I both hope and believe Mashima will not make them a romantic couple yet. I find their dynamic the most interesting and after Chapter 416 I believe there is a considerable o espaço for further development with a slightly mais advanced, different layer to their 'bond' now. There are so many mais possibilities Mashima can explore before he can/should make them canon and it would be a poor choice to go with the simple option than give a new take on their dynamic after 416.
