will Lucy die in the mangá

There is a big chance she would live because she is one of the main characters in Fairy Tail. So probably, NO. I hoped so. Haters gonna hate in this opinion.

No one really does in Fairy Tail. I feel if she will it will be on Alvarez Arc. It doesn't seem to be building on her death though.
