There is a timeline on fairy tail wikia that shows when he's born. He was hatched X778 so when he went to Tenrou he was six and if he had stayed off he would have been thirteen and now he should be seven. Although, after the seven ano skip Pantherlilybsaid time works different and the exceeds wouldn't notice so I assume he may be a different mental age and may mature faster or slower.
