What do you hope to see in his return to TV showrunning, eh? 1. NO NETWORK INTEFERENCE Clearly your still smarting from the way Firefly was treated - the overwhelming majority of your requests, in one way or another, were for Fox to step back and leave Joss Whedon to create Dollhouse the way he wants to. Give it a chance, for goodness sake!" 2. ELIZA DUSHKU IN SEXY COSTUMES The serious matter of network intefernce out of the way, you went back to basics. Given the format of the show, you thought that seeing Eliza Dushku dressed up in various sexy costumes was absolutley essential. WHEDONVERSE CAMEOS Joss Whedon has never had much of a problem with bringing cast members from one production to the next, and you said you wanted more of the same in Dollhouse - but you wanted it done properly. STORY ARCS RATHER THAN STANDALONE EPISODES. The premise may lend itself to an episodic format but you feared that this would cause Dollhouse to get stuck in a rut, and said that instead you wanted there to be a proper season arc from the outset.
