He's got flair and the voodoo spirits are intimidating, but his intentions are just to be rich and take over New Orleans. Same as a lot of politicians lol. His plan is so convoluted but he wants to murder Big Daddy La Bouff for money. He has all the powers of voodoo in his hands and that's his grand plan? LAME. Not very evil imo.

Honestly, I have difficulties with this question. They are all evil, and I don't think that there is some sort of level in evilness, you either are or not. If the question were "which one had the best plan" or "which on had the best motivation" or "who is the most terrifying" or something like this. But evil is evil

evil= profoundly immoral and malevolent.. there are definitely levels of evilness. I think you're taking this a little seriously, these are Disney villains. edgar from the aristocats is considered the evil villain, but would you really call him EVIL? maybe not. edgar is clearly less evil than frollo.

I wouldn’t say evil. Just misguided. I prefer the live action movie because it gives better backstory as to why she did what she did. Nobody does something bad unless they feel they have to gain from it. Nothing is truly evil. It can always be purified. Just some are more difficult than others. I think Maleficent makes my list for the reason of betrayal

And I highly, highly disagree with those who picked Ratcliffe. Yes, he is comical, incompetent and not very smart but I don't think it somehow correlates with evilness. It correlates dangerousness but dangerousness and evilness are different things. Ruthlessness and immorality are what correlate with evilness. And Ratcliffe is one of the most ruthless and immora villainsl. I think he should be pretty high.

I find him more bullying kind than evil. He never hurt anyone in the village. He was just obsessed with Belle. H
He is more a product of a society norms. He did step over to evil when he deliberately frames Maurice to get his way and then attack beast but I feel it is still much more personal than collateral like others

His plan doesn´t make much sense to me. Becoming rich and controlling the city by making Charlotte marry Lawrence and killing "Big Daddy" La Bouff? And giving the souls of all the people to the vodoo spirits? If the spirits take the souls, he´s going to control a desert and empty city? And it wasn´t like the spirits respected him so much to not turn against him. They did eventually.

What Anuk said. His motivation doesn't involve hurting anyone but Maurice and Beast and at best he's just a broflake.

I agree too. People seem to be voting out the least scary/intimidating villain rather than the least evil.

perhaps a redo and to emphasize the fact that this is for less EVIL and not for less SCARY? cuz let's be honest all these villains are scary in some way but who is actually evil enough to do their messed up plans?
