They're about beautiful, graceful, elegant, sophisticated young women who are dissatisfied with the emptiness in their lives, dream of finding more (Belle) and finding romance (Aurora), but find love in the most unexpected place (the Beast for Belle and Philip in the middle of the woods for Aurora).
Depending on when she watches it, Anna would probably see some parallels to her meeting with her "true love" Hans (the charming, unexpected meeting with Philip) or her friend-turned-love Kristoff (the hairy, unsophisticated "beast" becomes her best friend and love).
