In the novel Divergent, every person has to choose between five factions and live following it's values. Each faction is dedicated to the cultivation of a particular virtue.

Abnegation: The faction that values selflessness in the service of others. These are ones who do community service.

Erudite: The faction dedicated to knowledge, intelligence, curiosity, and astuteness.

Dauntless: The faction dedicated to courage, bravery, and fearlessness.

Amity: The faction who values peace above else. The ones who try to make everything peaceful.

Candor: They are known to value honesty and believe in the principle that openness would lead to a more perfect society.

Sounds interesting! Should I read the book?
From what I read it seems like Abnegation would be best for her, or Amity.

@MaidofOrleans, you should read it. The second book just came out and you should read it before the movie comes out.

The third book comes out soon as well. They're all awesome, can't wait to read the final book :D
