Tiana is too absorbed in her dream of owning a restaurant that she may not think of anything else. After owning a restaurant, Tiana will probably learn business -- how to manage the restaurant.

If she isn't so absorbed in her dream, she might become a good lawyer or politician.

Yeah it would be useful if she had a degree in business for her restaurant.

I can see her taking a business course but also attending culinary arts class because it's something she loves to do and is the most passionate about and I'm pretty sure she would want to train and develop her skills even further.

Well, considering she came from a good family, following your heart is probably a saying they might follow. And since she's passionate about this she'd excel. Also, grammar and punctuation wouldn't matter in one of the tests I bet.

This major is for business students who want to work/have their own hotels, restaurants, and other things of that nature so it definitely fits Tiana.

I think she would definitely go for Culinary arts to further her knowledge of techniques and learn other types of cuisines. But I think she she would do a minor at least in Hospitality Management.

Since childhood she loves to cook, and her family was a hobby cooking too

Well my sister want to own her own bakery, and in order to be able to own your own business, you have to be in Hospitality Management

She has the natural talent for for cooking, what she really needs in terms of training would be the business side.
