To clarify if u didn't understand me... Rapunzel has been with other princesses and she has been changed in to the same animation as hey are! I think she looks ugly! And I think they should of kept the original Pixar her!!

I think she looks much better as CGI (btw Tangled is a Disney Animated Classic, not PIXAR) but she would stick out like a sore thumb if they put her as CGI in the line up pictures with the other princesses. They either need to make them all cartoon animation or CGI. Rapunzel would look too wierd with the rest of them. But I don't think she looks as pretty as she really is in the cartoon version of herself!

She actually loooks prettier

I don't see how Tangled with all the details and dimentions of her hair structure as well as the uniqueness of the variety of facial expressions could have worked in 2D. There was a handful of sketches with 2D Rapunzel and Flynn and while they looked incredibly captivating in that medium as well, a lot of things regarding the overall concept of how the whole picture was supposed to look simply wouldn't have been as special as they ended up being in CGI, including the realisticness of Rapunzel's appearance and those charming little flaws such as barely visible freckles (whenever there is an attempt to animate freckles in 2D medium it often looks super ugly with them basically taking over the entire face), large front teeth, slightly wavy strands of hair contrary to the overall straight structure and the multi-dimentional eye color among other things.

omg why do so many people automatically assume that CGI Disney movies are Pixar?!?!? people do the same with Bolt too, which is not Pixar either. makes me want to jump off the empire state building

And like maryksand said, the way Rapunzels hair and overall look needed to be wouldn't have worked in 2D. It wouldn't have looked near as good.
