Not only does Debbie have the most beautiful voice, but damn, she was so terribly cute! i only listened to country música until I heard "Heart of Glass". I listened to it over and over for days.
I was hooked. Still my favorito song of all time! After 40 + years, I am still infatuated! Damn, what a beauty, but it was and still is the voice! ( Well, she is beautiful, too!, I was 14. )
Parallel Lines was a turning point for me. I fell in amor with music, and with Blondie. one of the greatest bands of all time. Stein is fabulous, but it is the voice of Debbie that makes it all work. Still gives me shivers, after all of these years. The only blond that I will ever be in amor with. And with that voice, I always will be!
