The robinhood app (which is what redditors were buying Gamestop shares on) has halted traded on Gamestop shares and has been forcing the little guys to sell. Favour for their big business buds.
Nothing says free and open market like hedge funds influencing a trading app to restrict the trading of certain stocks in order to protect their own bottom line...
