Simply put, you will need to go to the main page of fanpop and scroll down until you find the last box on the right which says, "Browse Content". If you look seguinte to those words you will see an option to create a new fanclub. Click on that and then follow the directions.
You will probably need a bunch of pictures of and links to interesting content concerning the subject of your fanclub. You can google for pics of this 'Harold and Maude' thing, and post a link to a Wikipedia artigo about it, etc. Anything that you think other fãs will enjoy and that will make your fanpage a mais attractive one.
fãs are mais likely to cadastrar-se your fanclub if you put a lot of work into making it look active and interesting. Hope that helps.
