Kiki was lounging around the Sector V treeehouse. School (for her) had gotten out an hora earlier and she had nothing to do (Megan and Maddy were on vacation). She was near the end of her monster movie when she heard the door slam. She jumped and carefully looked over the couch. She then saw a very upset Sector V shuffle in.
"Looks like you guys had a rough day."
"We got stuck with the worst substitue teacher ever!" Kuki whined.
"How bad?"
Wally scoffed, "Mr. Meanermyer-"
Kiki couldn't help but laugh at the name.
He scowled, and she quickly quieted down.
"-wouldn't let us talk, or do homework, or read or ANYTHING! He made us memorize a whole bunch of words from the dictionary and we had to be quizzed on it!"
"Even Abby failed!" Kuki added.
Kiki looked at Abby. She leaned towards her ear.
"How much of this are they exaggerating?"
"Well, he DID make us memorize SOME words from the dictonary, but not a whole bunch. Numbuh 5 thought the assignment was really hard." she answered.
Kiki frowned, then looked at Kacey.
"What about you? Did you get stuck with a mean sub?"
She nodded.
"I was THIS close to pulling out my S.P.L.A.N.K.E.R. and letting her get hit! Mrs. Stickler gave us a big test on stuff we haven't learned yet. She kept us in from reccess because 95% of us failed! What does she expect, that little bi-"
Kuki inturrupted, "Kiki, did you ever have a really mean or strict sub?"
She thought long and hard and couldn't help but shudder.
"Yes. I had a REALLY mean substitute named Mrs. Strictler in 5th grade...but she wasn't the worst."
This immediatly signaled one thing. STORY TIME!
Kuki, Wally, Hoagie cheered, Abby set herself down, and Kacey ran to the fridge to get snacks.
After everyone settled in, Kiki began her story:
"When I was in 5th grade- so, you guys were only in 1st and 2nd- back in Nevada, my teacher had been out sick for a week and my class and I had already scared away....10 substitues. My friends Madison, Numbuh 2.4, Adrienne, Numbuh 4.1, and Laura, Numbuh 5 1/2 were all talking about what the seguinte sub was supposed to be like.
'I heard he's supposed to be a pushover!' Madison said.
We all smiled mischeviously. Pranks were our specialty.
"We all walked in to class to find everyone throwing paper airplanes, standing on desks, shouting, all that wonderful stuff. There was somebody near the door to keep watch for the teacher. We all joined in on the fun for about 10 minutes. Then's when Alex shouted 'HE'S COMING!!!'. We quickly fixed up the room and sat our desks (Cue little halos above heads). The door creaked open. We all started giggling, thinking of what wonderful pranks we were gonna pull later. That all changed when he said three simple words to us.....and quite cheerfully I might add."

"What'd he say?" Kuki asked.
Kiki smiled evilly. "You really wannna know?"
Everyone leaned in.
"Are you sure?"
Everyone nodded.
"Are you ABSOLUTELY-"
"JUST TELL US!!!!" Wally yelled.
Kiki leaned, inches away from his face, and put on her best fake accent:
"Good morning, childrens!"
