, well actually chii was special her switch was quite diferent to other persocoms(even freya was turned on por the ear) the reason her switch was there was so that she could find her 'special person'

A regular (full-sized non-chobit) persacom will usually have a switch under one of their ear flaps. I believe Sumomo has a switch either on her back, or in her ponytail. Chii's switch is located between her legs. Other chobits have the switch in their ears (I think). I hope my answer was helpful!
