NO !!!!!! they remake Carrie almost every century since it first premiered . Each century it shows the impact bully can have . i like to read things between the lines . honestly bullying is the whole core of the movie . Prom night wouldn't have ended in a bloody masker if she wasn't bullied so bad. Allot of remakes suck but bullying is timeless topic . Most people just see a bloody masker . Carrie isn't a gate way to new Saga .
