04. Because of their early morning phone call after Brenda met Jason at the club.

05. Because Kelly told Brenda she was her best friend.

06. Because Brenda took Mondale without Brandon’s permission and lied to Cindy just to rescue Kelly.

07. Because Brenda ran after Kelly when she was humiliated by Jackie at the Mother/daughter fashion show.

08. Because she confided to Brenda how her life was un-perfect at the mother/daughter fashion show.

09. Because Kelly offered to improve Brenda’s look to be Dylan’s type even though she liked him longer.

10. Because she taught Brenda the realities of sex and gave her a condom in case Dylan and Brenda did it for their second date.

11. Because Brenda was the first one to confide in Kelly when she was talking to the girl at the crisis hotline.

12. Because Kelly tried to convince Brenda she wasn’t wrong in talking to the girl and trying to help her when Brenda was volunteering to the rapline.

13. Because they spent hours together in Brenda’s room listening to the radio to win a prize.

15. Because Brenda thought what Ross Webber did to Kelly was horrible and was glad she told everyone at the slumber party.

16. Because Kelly was glad to find out Brenda wasn’t so perfect.

17. Because Brenda already lost one best friends and didn’t want to loose another one.

18. Because Kelly assured Brenda that sex with Dylan was gonna be great.

19. Because Kelly along with Brenda danced with Brenda at the Peach Pit when she was, “Laverne.”

20. Because Brenda was jealous when Kelly started giving Brandon more attention.

21. Because they checked for breast lumps together.

22. Because Kelly was concerned about Brenda when she found out she might have a lump in her breast.

23. Because Kelly blamed herself about the whole breast cancer situation for even bringing it up.

24. Because Kelly helped Brenda train her newfound dog.

25. Because Kelly offered for Brenda to move in with her during the summer when Brenda thought she was moving back to Minneapolis.

26. Because Kelly threw her a going away party.

27. Because Kelly was there with her when she bought her pregnancy test and found out the results.

28. Because Kelly took and went with her to her gynecologist.

29. Because Kelly along with Dylan was anxious for the results.

30. Because Kelly told Dylan he was “being a total guy,” after he suggested Brenda get on the pill.

31. Because Brenda was there when Mel and Jackie first met.

32. Because Brenda was the first to know about Mel and Jackie going out on their first date.

33. Because Brenda was the first to know about Kelly trying to ruin Mel and Jackie’s first date.

34. Because Kelly convinced Brenda she couldn’t go saving Dylan all the time. She had to let him hit rock bottom first.

I guess I did like their friendship. In many ways, they were good for each other... They had some kind of competition but they always cared what the other one thought and felt.

My favorite ep is the one where they go out with two boys from Princeton. That was cute!

I don\'t know...I guess even through all the bullsh/t they went through, I\'ll always love them together. I mean without Kelly, Brenda wouldn\'t have any friends at West Bev. And without Brenda, Kelly would have been the superficial person that she was.

If that\'s how you feel, then stay out of this thread. It\'s supposed to be an appreciation thread for both girls. It\'s unecessary for you to bash Kelly when you could have done so in the anti thread.

They had some tough times in their friendship, but I still loved them.

She asked forgiveness and I gave it, but the truth is I\'d forgiven everything she\'d done and everything she could do long before that day.

Exactly. They had tough times, but they were still friends no matter what anyone else says. Pfft.

That\'s why I like the friendship. It wasn\'t false, they wasn\'t always agreeing with each other, but they truly loved the other.

Next thread title! Hee. Loves it! But yeah...it was deeper than the superficial crap. I don\'t know...I just loved their dynamic for some reason.

They weren\'t alike. They were so different. And it was just cool to watch those two interact.

Add me please!! Even though I don\'t agree with what Kelly did, I adore this friendship. They are quite possibly my favourite friendship of the show, especially through the first two seasons

They really did have an interesting dynamic. I always found their fight scenes just as fun and interesting as their cutesy friend scenes. They could blow up at each other, but you knew deep down they still cared so much about each other.

I really thought this thread was just going to disappear to the unknown. But I\'m glad they are others like me, who like them.

I\'m the biggest Kelly fan out there, IMO, and I believe that what she did was wrong. No denying that. But I still love them.
