Blue's Clues is a delightful franchise that has a lot of heart. A lot of the franchise's appeal comes from the characters in the franchise. For this ranking, I will be including characters from the original series, as well as Blue's Room and Blue's Clues & You!. Blue's Clues is a franchise filled with kind, lovable characters.
