As far as Attak Power the strongest is Captain Commander Yamamoto's: Ryujinn Jakka, but it not only has alot to do with spiritual presure its how you use your abilities as well
A strong shinigami is one thing, but he also has to have a unique bond with his zanpakuto. That is why one has to wait so long before seeing the physical form of their zanpakuto before they can achieve Bankai.
As for strong ability, I would choose Ruri'rio Kujaku aka Fuji-Kujjaku, Yumichika can heal himself as well as drain energy from others, cheap as it maybe it is effective haha :P
Ryuujin Jakka also has the highest attack power for any Zanpakuto, Kenpachi's Zanpakuto is not strong at all that is just his enormous power(reiatsu). He has no connection with his sword and cannot use any of its abilites only his own.
Kyoka Suigetsu i thinck. because it can rederect all atempets to destroye it. plus u can just show it to ur opponents.

Not all attempts, thats why Aizen had to create Wonderweiss to stop Ryuujin Jakka because it turns everything to ashes, SO it dosent matter if your an illusion if it destroys everything. Also skilled shinigami like Yamamoto and Unohana were able to overcome it.
the reason unohana found out is because she did an autopsy on body double TWO times when she found out. she did not overcome it. as for yammamoto genriu he was getting ready to pwn kyoraku shunswi and ukitake whn they gave the announcments to all the gotei 13 about the betrayel.
hmm..there are some shinigami who have strong zanpakto but dodnt know how to properly use it example rukia kuchiki. she has a very powerful zanpakto and destroyed an espada with only her shikai so imagine giving that zanpakto to someone like byakuya kuchiki or toushiro hitsugaya. they will take badass to another level.
but to answer your pergunta the strongest is kyoya suigetsu and then ryujin jakka

no single zanbakuto can only be used por its wielder.
Unohana did see through his illuson and thats why she went to the Central 46, Yamamoto saw through it in the current arc when Aizen stabbed him he knew it wasnt an illusion because he could feel the reiatsu in his gut. So for a zanpakuto to boast complet hypnosis it has been sen through twice. Ryujin Jakka is stronger thats why Aizen had to create a special Arrancar just to deal with it, Yamamoto needed no such thing.
