You first go to fanpop home. Scroll down and find the Browse club box in the right side of the page. In the side of the box of "Browse club" there it says " + create new club ". click on it. they show you: Step 1: Choose topic Step 2: Customize look Step 3: Add Content
Step 1 you began. But in red letters there it says: Please check to see that your topic does not already exist. Duplicate topics will be deleted. Self-promotional clubes and clubes created for spam may also be removed. And we don't accept any hate or "anti" clubes because that goes against the spirit of Fanpop!
So make sure what ever club your putting is not already there. I hope this helps.XD
