Batman has THE best Rogues Gallery in anything ever, the only one that even comes close is Spider-Man, but what Spidey doesn't have is that one single arch-nemesis, the ying to his yang, he's got some top draw villains but none are as iconic, devious, outright scheming and bats**t insane yet amazing philosophical and genius as The Joker.

There are so many good ones: I forgot about Harley Quinn. I love her.

But it has to be The Joker, who is easily one of the best villans ever.

I loved him in the animated series he has alot of depth and his story needs to be told on the big screen. Did you ever see the batman beyond episode he was in, it was tragic. there was this great diolgue when the scientist gives him a new body she says there may be some momentary discomfort. then later in the episode when he freezes the same scientist who he dicovered was simply using him as a guinea pig, he gives the same line and its (for lack of a pun free word) chilling.

Red Hood(2 Jason Todd) is close to being equal to Batman in skills. He was trained by all the same people Bruce was.

Harley Quinn is pretty cool too.

Joker is by far Batman's best villain

Actually, if you read some of the earlier comic books, you'll see that the Joker was actually the Red Hood. It was even mentioned in the Killing Joke that he had joined a Red Hood gang and survived jumping into the toxins that disfigured his face due to the red hood he was wearing, but when unsane shortly after because of how difigured he had become.

I would say that the Joker is truly the worst villian to grace the streets of Gotham, yet Catwoman is the most lovable villian. She is so incredibly close to being good, she and Batman could defitnely be a couple if they could stop being so proud. *sigh*

Batmans Villains are like the greatest Super Heroes Villains ever and The Joker is the greatest out of all of his villains because he is so evil and psychotic and Batmans opposite in every way!

Freeze is awesome, then Joker.

But Catwoman, Harley Quinn, the Joker, Mr. Freeze, the Riddler, Two Face, Scarecrow, the Mad Hatter, Baby Doll, and the Penguin are awesome too.

Well if this question was who is the best Batman Villian no doubt it would be Joker. But as favorites go, Riddler and Penguin I would say are tied for top spot. I do like the rest, especially Two-Face's story that was done in the animated series. I would love to see darker versions of Mr Freeze, Riddler, and Poison Ivy on the big screen. Each one could hold their own film without collaberating with another villian.

Besides Joker. I mean, I barely think it is even fair to add Joker onto the list.

ive always liked freeze . Plus hes got a heart breaking backstory. One of those stories that makes you wonder . How will you go for someone you love ..

My favourite superhero is Spider-Man and then Batman. But the Joker is my favourite character in the superhero universe. And I love Heath Ledger's Joker, in my opinion, it's the best version of the character ever!

Also the Joker.

I like Poison Ivy the best as she reminds me of the late, great actor River Phoenix (which is mostly because of the green eyes and love for nature). Also, Ivy would’ve been quite surprised (and a tiny bit pleased) to see River being a vegetarian (which was something I’m sure she never even considered).

Plus, I can see Ivy battling against a vampire version of River, only to lose when she realizes that her poison kiss doesn’t work on him because, as a preternatural being, he would be immune to things that kill or hurt humans.

Even the Joker would get quite the shock when he battles River’s vampire self, only to lose when he sees how River survives being poisoned with the Joker venom and rushes at the Joker with his fangs bared.. :)

I love Man-Bat he has a great (but sad) back story.

I'm going with Joker, he is an amazing villain and is totally badass in various adaptations too...
