A Team can score a lot of runs,but Without GOOD Pitching and GOOD Defense the chances are that lead won't stand up. Baseball isn't like any other sport,a team can have a lot of runs and it Seems like a blowout and it seems the game is over right? well not so in baseball (to me),If your pitchers aren't doing well,and your defense isn't making plays the chances are the lead will not stand up and the opposing team can come right back,regardless of the run total.good pitching and good defense is the key to winning to me!
