i think angelus loves darla more than angel loves buffy,
as vampires have no need to feel for other or emocions like guilt they can just take and have exactly what they want with no remorse for anything and i think this makes their feelings more intensified but i think that's just a vampire theory coming through

so probably buffy

your vamp theory makes sense to me...sortof. But since a vamps main "feelings" are blood lust, staying alive, fighting, etc. and since Angel said a vamp can't really love something, I'm thinking that Angel still loved Buffy more

Buffy loves Angel more then Darla and Cordelia. I want Angel and Buffy together not Angel with Cordelia and Darla.

Hmmm I kind of think I should have picked Buffy! I definitely think he loved her far more than the others, but I do think he loved Cordy too. He didn't love Darla, firstly because as Angelus he doesn't have a soul so can't love, then when she was human I don't think he loved her, but he felt for her. He felt tied to her, responsible for her, wanted to save her, felt affection for her. So I picked this because I believe he had feelings for all of them, but he DEFINITELY loves Buffy much more than anyone else.

I believe his heart as always stayed with Buffy, so yeah he did love her more but he did have an affection for both Cordelia and Darla and why wouldn't he? They were part of his life.

i think in his own way he loved or had strong emotions for Buffy, Darla and Cordelia, as they contributed to who he was and vice versa to who they were at different points in their lives.

Angel proved he never really loved Darla and he loved Cordelia as a friend.

If we're talking about the true love between man and woman, he loved only Buffy. She was his first true & ultimate love. For the entire 240 years of his life he was never in love until he met Buffy, and then what? Suddenly he would be able to also love Cordelia? I don't think so. He never looked that way on Cordelia, he never paid attention to her. When Buffy was around there was no way he would pay attention to any other woman.
What was between Angel & Cordelia can't be compared to Bangel in any way. Angel never stopped loving Buffy and she never stopped loving him, but being apart they were automatically forced to move on with their lives. That's why Buffy tried to be with Riley, then had this "thing" with Spike, and that is also why Angel felt something for Cordelia. In my opinion Angel loved Cordelia but as a friend, they been through a lot and he knew he can count on her, so that's why he cared for her, and then it turned into something more, but you obviously just can't compare it to the feelings he had for Buffy.
