Once upon a time, there was a beautiful fogo Lady named Ursa, who ruled over the fogo nation with her husband fogo Lord Iroh. As she was watching the snow fall, a rose on the ground caught her eye. Looking up at the night sky, she said, "Oh, how I wish to have a child with lips red as the rose, hair black as the night sky, and skin white as snow!" soon she conceived and gave birth in the summer to a beautiful baby girl. Even though she was just born, she had amazing blue firebending and could generate lightning. So Ursa named her daughter Azula for her fire, and she was happy because she had lips red as the rose, hair black as the night sky, and skin white as snow.
The fogo Lord, Iroh, was also happy with his daughter, but one dia as Ursa was drinking her chá she died from posion. As the years passed, Iroh grew lonely and remarried a peasant from the Earth Kingdom. But the new fogo Lady, who was very beautiful indeed, was also very vain. She arranged for fogo Lord Iroh's death(for it was very easy to poison the chá he drank constantly) so she ruled the fogo Nation herself. fogo Lady Suki's greatest fear was that Princess Azula's beauty would one dia become greater then hers. So the nine-year-old princess was forced to be a servant to her stepmother.
fogo Lady Suki possessed a mirror that she would ask everyday: "Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who is the fairest one of all?" and everyday it would say, "You are the fairest one of all." but on Princess Azula's fourteenth birthday, the mirror said different: "Though your face paint is fair indeed, there exist a maid with a lovelier face; I see rags cannot hide her gentle gaze. Alas she is fairer than you, my fogo Lady." fogo Lady Suki was furious and demanded to know who it was. He explained it was Azula, which started the wheels turning in her head.
Princess Azula was cleaning outside, cantar a lovely song. A handsome prince named Jet heard her and climbed over the wall. He immediately fell in amor with her charm and beauty and came to see her. They talked, and he told her he was the prince of Ba Sing Se and hair to the throne. Jet promised that one dia he would take her to his kingdom and they would marry. With that he laft and she smiled for the rest of the day.
Suki was watching the whole thing and said, "You're not going anywher but the great big palace in the sky." She summoned the ship captain and told him, "I want you to take Princess Azula into the forest and there you will kill her." The man began to protest, but she continued, "You know the consequences of failure. To assure you will not fail me, bring me back her heart."
What could he do? He took the younge princess deep into the forest and tied her up so that she couldn't bend. The captian took out the dagger and rose it to stab her, but looked into her golden eyes shinning with tears and lost his resolve. He cut the ropes and told her the fogo ladies cruel intentions, urging her to run as far as she could. So Azula ran until she got to a small cottage. She knocked on the door, heard no answer, and went inside. The house was emptyand very dusty, but otherwise well-furnished. Peculiary, the only beds were seven very small ones. She prepared herself asmall meal, then set to work cleaning up the house. For hours she worked until the house was sparkling, and when she was finished, Azula was so exhausted that she fell asleep.
Then seven little man walked through the door. To their shock, they saw that some of the comida was missing, their house was incredibly clean, and a girl was sleeping in their beds. They began saying how beautiful she was. Then they bicked among themselves as to what to do about it. Zuko said "She maybe beautiful and looks like an angel but she's also female their full of wicked charms", Aang asked what wicked charms are and Zuko awnsered "I don't know but she has them", then Gyotso said "Quite you'll wake her up" then Zuko shouted "OH LET HER WAKE UP SHE DON'T BELONG HERE ANYWAY". Evantually their arguments woke the princess; when they saw her eyes open, all of them tried to hide. "Why are you trying to hide?" Azula asked. "I hope you don't mind that I broke into your house. All I wanted was to come here to hide from my stepmother-she wants to kill me. If you let me stay, I'll cook and clean as much as you want." The dwarfs agreed that one housemaid was better than none, so prepared a nice cama for her with red sheets. That was the beginning of several happy days for Azula and the seven dwarfs.
Back at the palace, fogo Lady Suki asked the mirror, "Mirror mirror on the wall, who now is the fairest one of all"?
"Azula," the mirror said.
"You're lieing!" fogo Lady Suki cried. "Princess Azula lies dead in the forest! The ship captain has brout me proof-behold, her heart!"
The mirror argued "When a mirror lies, it shaters into thousands of pieces because it can't handle the pressure that warps a human soul. Princess Azula still lives , and is the fairest one of all. It is the coração of a hog-monkey you hold in your hand.
fogo Lady Suki said, "The coração of a hog-monkey? That is it. I'm going to kill the little brat myself."
So she made a potion to disguise herself as an ugly old hag. Then she created the posioned maçã, apple of sleeping death. As everyone knows, one taste of the posion maçã, apple and the victim's eyes will close forever; she could only be brought back por true love's kiss. Obviously anyone who would want to kiss her would believe her to be dead, and she would be buried alive! Suki laughed evilly to herself.
Meanwhile, in the house of the seven dwarfs, they were throwing a party and cantar and dancing. Pakku asked Azula to sing them a amor song, which she did. soon they fell asleep, and Azula kissed them all on the cheek. Zuko said, "Now, look here, don't let nobody or nothing in the house." Azula smiles and said, "Oh, Zuko you do care!"
She still felt like staying up, so began to sweep the door. Suddenly there was a knock at the door. Azula went to answer it, and there was the old hag. "Hello, my dear. My name is Hama. How would you like an apple?"
Azula looked at the shiny red apple. "It looks good... but I don't know."
"Please!" the hag insisted. "Just one bite."
Then the princess looked into the hags eyes and knew it was her stepmother.
"Nice try stepmother" said Azula.
Then the two fight to the death but then the hag threatened to destroy the dwarfs but then Azula agreed to eat the maçã, apple if she would if she left her friends alone and so it was done and the princess fell and her eyes closed.
Then the hag laughed evil and said "NOW I'LL BE FAIREST ONE OF ALL" (not in that body sister).
The dwarfes heard her shout and ran out of cama to see what had happen. They saw the hag, and knew she was fogo Lady Suki. The dwarfs attacked her and chased her off a cliff. She fell and died
Then Gyatso examined Azula's unconscious body. "Oh, no," he said miserably. "I thini she's dead." The dwarfes all burst into tears. They tried to go back to diamond-mining, but it just wasn'y the same. They built a glass coffin and put her in it, so everyone could look on her beauty.
One dia years later, Prince Jet was through the forest and saw the coffin. Going over to examine mais closely, he saw that it was his amor and, in his misery, lifted it up and kissed her. But wonder of wonders! Azula wokw up.
Everyone was happy and Jet and Azula got marrid annd they invited the dwarfs to th wedding and they were the king and queen of the earth kingdom and they lived happily ever after.
The fogo Lord, Iroh, was also happy with his daughter, but one dia as Ursa was drinking her chá she died from posion.
