The queen & The Royal Minder (2)

I found this episode OK

What worked for me:

* The Druids yay continuity well kinda

* I loved the discussion between Merlin & Gauis. Gaius'reaction to Merlin aiding Julius

* The scene between Merlin & Julius in the tomb of Ashkenar (unsure of the spelling)

* Brilliant cinematography

*Little Aithusa and Kilgarra being a family

* One thing I will say was it was good to see the estrela of the show and who the show is named after, have his moments alone, and the focus was on him alone and not he and Arthur.

What didn't work for me

* Arthurs pants and the wresting in the Council Chambers - Servant wresting...

I have been familiar with the Arthurian Legend since a very young age (I was 11 years). I got to the Arthurian Legend por leitura the poem Gawain and the Green Knight. Because I wanted to know mais about him I read the Arthurian Legend the Welsh version - in which he has a mais expand story line . As I read the Welsh version of the Arthurian Legend I came across the fair goddess-queen named Gwenhwyfar (or at least its Anglicized form of 'Guinevere'). I immediately liked her. I enjoyed leitura about her as this noble, fair queen who represented the authority of Arthur's reign. The spirit of Brittia....
