HumbleQueen Yeah, but it looks like the guys are singing or whistling or something. Whatever it is, I'm sure snarking" is behind it all. My daughter was like Angel, hanging out with the guys and always getting a hard time from them. She's still getting it from her hubby dear and HIS friends now. It's just that way for some gals. She just said to me today that it's just the way her personality is; it's not that way with the other wives in the group. She was telling me about the hard time she gets from them all and I thought of Angel.

EPaws Oh she handles her own. Some women are simple Men's women, if you get the term. Women who are comfortable around men. Men are hysterical. In many ways nurturing their inner child way more than women do and that has everything to do with they are the actual romantics amongst the sexes. Please understand what I mean by romantic. I am refering to what the word ACTUALLY means. It doesn't mean hearts and roses as the term has been dumbed down to mean. It is about joie de vivre. Way too serious a convo. Anyway, I am sure Angel bites back as good as she gets. Clearly they all adore each other and it comes off readily (the whole cast, not just the power three) on screen.

EPaws Real simple. Some women are comfortable with men, most aren't. Those are called Men's women. Some women are comfortable with women predominantly, those are women's women. I am not talking sexually, I am talking friendships. See, that was easy. Most of my real BFF's are guys. Probably because of my sense of humour. Women get offended too freakin easily and take crap to heart. Guys...not so much.

san819 I totally get you Epaws. Simply put I like boys more. I can be a potty mouth and laugh at fart jokes...don't get me wrong and I have a core group of g/friends as well...but when I'm hanging with my guys friends it's easier.

HumbleQueen Well now, thanks for setting me straight there, EP. Now I always hung with girls and you sure are right, they get offended much more easily. I wish I had hung out with boys more for that reason. Also, as a result, I didn't take men folk in stride to the extent I should have and was always viewing them in a romantic way, when I would have much more benefited from their friendships. Now my daughter is the Men's women type, though she's very much a girlie-girl if that makes sense. Likes being with them but she's a little cute thing, who can snark back at their constant teasing, while at the same time they recognize and appreciate the "girliness." From what I've seen of Angel in videos and pictures, guys see a girlie-girl who tolerates and even giggles at the teasing, but she is just as good at the snarking back when necessary. That's the way I see her, when I say she hangs with the guys. She'll never be confused as "One of the guys," as she has too much going on in the girl department, lol.

EPaws Sure. One characteristic is not mutually exclusive of the other and well duh...one of the guys my ass...no can do. We agree.

EPaws @san819 totally agree. There is a part of me that is 11 years old in the most weird way and like 80 years old in other aspects. My guy friends nuture my inner child. My existing other half was a mate first and poor him cause he has to work doubly hard to distinguish himself from the other lot who I am still friends with to this day. You can fight with a bloke about a subject and you are fighting about the subject THAT subject and it doesn't spiral into stupidity and then you can kick back and play pool and be right back where you were the day before once you have resolved things...not so much with women, they go on and on, and on...and it gets boring fast. Deal with your crap and move on. It is the quality I like best in them and they are also funny as all get out!
