At Last! A custom made Dollhouse, made especially for 18” bonecas such as American Girl, Corolle, Gotz, and Madame Alexander. Your daughter or granddaughter will become the envy of all her friends with this first to be produced Traditional style Dollhouse made especially to fit 18” bonecas and comes with a built in storage armário for all her clothes, shoes, books and accessories.

This is an heirloom grade Dollhouse, made por Custom Cabinet Center in St. Augustine Florida in co-operation with Dollhouse Depot of Peachtree City Georgia. This is the real deal not a plastic or imported item. The Dollhouse is made from the very best lumber and is very detailed. Our extensive design process and attention to detail ensures that your handcrafted original will be a lifetime treasured furnishing in your início and a true heirloom to be handed down from generation to generation.

Each dollhouse is numbered, dated and signed to give it authenticity and added value. You will be getting in this Auction, Dollhouse # 2. Our first dollhouse is our display and will be retired.
Each dollhouse will be professionally built por skilled craftsmen as they are purchased therefore there is a 2-3 week turnaround after we receive payment.


This dollhouse is made of sturdy wood with beaded siding and has a cedar shake roof. The exterior is painted gray with white trim. The interior is painted a neutral cream color with white trim. Floors are mahogany with a clear casaco finish.
There is a nice size storage armário built in, with two spaces for hanging clothes with doors, a section to keep your books, a shelf for shoes and accessories and a drawer for small items.
All paints and finishes are non-toxic. Finishes are semi-gloss or satin for durability and easy cleaning with a damp cloth.
The windows are very detailed and made from pine with authentic trim. Each window has clear Plexiglas for safety. The front door opens and has 3 solid brass hinges for durability.
The dimensions of the dollhouse are 52” wide, 27” deep and 64” high.
