*unfolds paper* “What character from ANY book/movie/show would you bring to life if you could? One only!”

Only one? *twirls hair* Well, that sucks, because all the people I would take out of stories wouldn’t be the same without their partner-in-crime. ‘Ya know? Batman’s not the same without Robin, ketchup isn’t the same without mustard.
*laughs* Yeah, but… Um… I don’t really know now. I’m trying to think of that one girl from that book- her boyfriend was killed and then she can communicate with his ghost… *blinks and sighs* I probably just named 30% of all teenage girl books.
No! Actually, Captain Jack Sparrow! Because he is the perfect example of someone who, no matter how bad they mess things up, they always win in the end. And because he’s a pirate.
Pirates are like wild horses. Most of their kind are stuck in stables, but these few rebels are free to do whatever they want.And plus, pirates get lots of moolah!
...That didn't make much sense, I'm guessing.

...Maura’s probably been a pirate at some point.

Darkness had overcome the city, another moonless night. He stumbled down the street, leaning on the mural when his feet couldn’t hold him alone. His clothes were bathed in the night, black as they were. His eyes were clouded over and he stopped to catch his breath. The few people left on the streets glanced at him as they passed. It was odd for someone so young to have so many issues. He took a long drink from the cup in his hands before throwing it away with a huff.
He continued on his way, hunched over as he made his way home. início was an optimistic term for the abandoned shack he had found....

She twirled the escrim sticks in her hands, ready for a strike. She knew Serepta to be quick. Her sister always had a mover planned out. Becca knew better than to make the first move. She was smart enough to know never to make the segundo move. To make either mover would claim the victory to her opponent. She heard the noise of battle behind her. But she dared not look. It would give Serepta the advantage. She kept her body ready, her eyes set, and her mind focused on the training she had endured.
“This isn't Chess, sister.”
Becca didn't reply. She was focused. She wouldn't let herself be fooled...
