My mind wanted this.. and I completely hate my mind right now.. But I wrote it anyways... So... *goes and hides in corner*
It's kinda... creepy/weird. Forgive me.
“I missed you.”
The halls were completely bare, the rug was clean to perfection, but the house had an eerie air to it. The lights didn’t work well and the doors seemed to whistle creepily. Shadows bounced off the slightly dirty windows. He walked slowly, his bloodshot hollow eyes darting to and fro among the halls, jumping at even the slightest of noises. His mouth would open to scream when a sudden shadow came out at him, but nothing ever came out.
“Why’d you leave me?”
Whenever he blinked, for a couple segundos afterwards, the walls would be torn, covered in dirt and other things. The rug became stained and the room became completely dark. The shadows became real, chasing him, hurting him, ripping him apart. But as soon as it came it was over, and he was back in the dimly lit, unsoiled hall.
“Can’t you stay?”
Her voice echoed everywhere, everywhere. It hissed in his ears and pounded in his head-- it just would not leave. Another step, and it seemed to break his eardrums. He wanted to rip those damned things off. But it wasn’t their fault... it was that voice... that damn voice. It was so familiar, but so different than what he thought he remembered.
“Come on, please? I promise not to hurt you!”
She said that once. Once. But she broke his heart, and left him alone. And now, she’s finally back, and he wants to see her. She’s perfect for him. They both have that one damn condition, and they’re both in amor with that beautiful color red.
“Eric...”
The last part was in somewhat of a song, and not on tune at all, but Eric didn’t mind. He loved it when she sang to him... it was always so beautiful. Finally, her voice began to comfort him, and he closed his eyes for a lengthy amount of time. When he opened his eyes again, he was in front of a dark door, the hallway was once again full of filth. He opened the door, and there she was, waiting for him. Her eyes weren’t that pretty blue, anymore, but he didn’t mind-- it was still the same girl. She came closer and he finally noticed a bloody body on the floor behind her that slightly resembled Delta, but he brought his attention back to her. She smiled and dropped the faca and wrapped her arms around his neck, soaking blood into his grey shirt. He nuzzled into her neck, and she whispered in his ear.
“I missed you so, so much... Why did you leave?”
He shook his head. She pulled away and looked at him sadly, and for a segundo he saw a flash of tell-tale sapphires and glistening gold, but it was gone soon enough. The sadness was gone as well, and she flashed him a grin of sharp, pearly white teeth. Blood seemed to drip from the edges of her lips, and for the first time he noticed her hair was roughly cut.
“Don’t go again. Please?”
He was so blissful with her, so oblivious, that he didn’t notice her hand going to her own side and pulling out a faca that was rusty and stained. He was lost, so lost and he didn’t care what was going on, because she’d finally found him.
“By the way...”
He blinked and opened his mouth to yell out, finally coming back to reality, but it was too late. The blade swept across his throat in a smooth, fluid motion and he fell to the ground, clutching at his neck, which was bleeding heavily. Just before the world went black, he noticed that the body behind her was indeed Delta, and he could have sworn that he saw Robin under her. He looked up, and Kyra smiled sweetly, her eyes glistening.
“Have you seen Devin? I really, really, miss her...”

"Why did you not tell us?" Nightwing asked. "Why was it so important to hide the fact you and Artemis were related?"
"You didn't need to know." Revenge said. "I give out my information on a need-to-know basis."
The Black Hero grabbed the former Boy Wonder por the collar. "And my identity was NOT need to know."
Nightwing shoved Red Revenge off and started walking towards the bioship.
"You'll regret it one day, Dick!" Revenge called. Nightwing stopped. "You'll regret walking away right here and now."
Nightwing clenched his fists and walked slowly towards the bio-ship.
