Here we goo!!
Fin rushed to her room, zipping past the people in the front to avoid communicating with them. She slammed her door open, giving the same amount of force to close it, and went straight to her dresser in the closet where she started throwing the clothing out of it. “C’mon, where is it, where is it...”
Blaire, who was sitting on the dog cama in the corner, perked up, curled tail wagging. Fin noticed this and turned, crouching down. The pup jumped up and ran over to meet her, licking her hand. “Good girl, Blaire,” Fin murmured. “Do you know where my hair dye is?”
The dog yipped softly and gestured her head towards a escrivaninha, mesa cluttered with sketches, markers, and broken pencils. Fin grinned. “Yeah, it’s probably there.”
She walked over and moved the Linkin Park poster off to the side, then picked up a ticket stub to a concert. “Oh, so that’s where that was...” Putting that in her pocket, she picked a sketch of her, Delta, and Devin up, pinning it back up on it’s place on the wall. She moved on to the drawers, moving them around. Coming across an old picture of her and the team, she sat down.
It was fairly old to say the least, because most of her friends weren’t in it. It was the original six, with her and Aisling, in dressy clothing. Aisling was wearing a lavender dress, that poofed out just a little bit, with her hair down, and she was laughing as Wally, in a dark laranja tux, was spurting soda out his nose. Robin, dressed in a simple black and white pantsuit, was trying obviously hard not to laugh, while Artemis was rolling her eyes in her elegant green dress. Megan had her head on Conner’s shoulder, both were dressed decently but not too formal. Kaldur was sighing at the antics, but a small smile was gracing his face in his navy suit. Fin smiled as she saw herself in the picture, cheering Wally on, in her knee-length black dress with her hair done up considerably well.
That was only a couple months after they’d rescued her and recruited her with them. Sighing, she pinned the picture back up on the wall. Maximum security. He can’t touch me now.
Then, the urgentness of her procurar returned in an instant. “Oh, god! What was I looking for?”
Blaire yipped at her angrily. “Right, right. Hair dye, hair dye...”
She opened the seguinte drawer and found a bag of many different colored hair dyes. “Yes!”
Running back out, she dashed down the hall to the bathroom, where Mel was sitting, fidgeting with her dark locks. “Okay. Your dad isn’t gonna kill me for this, right?”
Mel nodded nervously. “Tell me again.. why I’m doing this?”
“It’s an undercover mission. We all have to do it, including me, and I’m not allowed to use my powers. I’d ask for glamour charms, but Nabu’s an idiot, and Zatanna’s can’t do it yet.” Fin sighed. “Ready?” she asked, holding up a pair of scissors and a box of blonde hair dye.
Mel sighed. “Ready.”
