Ideas how to make an interesting video fã commentary on a film without uploading the movie?

I'd amor to make my own fã commentary track for the first Lion King film.

The Fair Use Act in the copyright law actually makes allowance for commentary purposes and as it's non-profit too my bunda would be covered if I just did it the typical way por uploading the entire movie and attaching myself talking over it for comment purposes, but the thing is the movie companies do tear down movie scenes no matter what's done with them....so it's no use in the end.

Any ideas how to make an interesting commentary track without the actual movie?

I think I'm asking for something impossible as the movie running while commenting is pretty much crucial. :D
