The Beatles were heroes.
Everyone in England talked about their defeat of the Beast of Bodmin Moor for years afterwards, and they were, if possible, even mais famous than before. The papers wrote up artigos about the Beatles' quest, and there was much interest in the special objects that had helped them. There were still some police officers who thought the Beatles should be arrested for carrying swords about and disturbing England, but there were too many people now who knew about the Beast and knew the Beatles had saved everyone. Besides, the Beatles had said in countless interviews what the special objects were for, and so everyone knew John wasn't going around with a weapon in his belt. Some people thought the Objects should be handed over to the government or kept in a museum, but most people felt that the Beatles should keep them.
And that was what the Beatles did. John usually kept the Sword of Truth on his wall; he didn't have to carry it around with him anymore, and he preferred not to look like he was armed. Sometimes, though, when he felt he needed to look impressive or when he thought he might be going somewhere dangerous, he would tuck his sword into his cinto, correia and take it along. John could look very imposing when he was wearing his sword and paired it with his serious face.
George kept his Marmite Jar on his bedside table. It was now empty, but George found that even opening the topo, início and inhaling the scent was enough to make him feel well and healthy, and he used it every time he woke up feeling under the weather. When he toured he took it along in his suitcase, just to have it with him.
Paul carried the Titanium Pound Coin around with him in his pocket. There was no danger of mixing it up with any of his real money, and he liked the feeling of being able to access that power whenever he needed it. Sometimes he took it out when he didn't need it, just to play with it and, well, show off a little. The fãs loved to watch this.
Ringo kept his crown with his ties and rings and other such wearables. He usually didn't wear it in public, but he would take it out in the mornings, and wear the crown for several minutos before doing anything else, just to let that extra boost of confidence seep in. Then he would put the crown away, feeling energized and ready to face the day.
And then there was the Orb of Protection and Benevolence. The Beatles kept it in the middle of their house, where it cast its shield over the whole place, and they knew that no one and nothing could get in to hurt them as long as the Orb was there. The Beatles liked to take it along when they played concerts, so that they could let the fãs in to meet them without worrying about being trampled por too large a crowd. They took it with them on tours and vacations and everywhere else. And the Orb worked perfectly for them, so long as they all used it together. The Orb didn't like it when they argued. If two or mais Beatles disagreed, the Orb would do nothing for them or just work at random, not being at all helpful. So the Beatles, who were used to always thinking the same things even before the Orb, found themselves disagreeing even less.
All in all, the Beatles' lives didn't change much. They still went around touring, laughing, making music, and having fun. They would sometimes use their objects to help people out, but they never needed them for something as big as their battle with the Beast of Bodmin Moor had been. England was seguro from him forever, and many people said that England would be seguro from anything, so long as the Beatles were around.

*Disclaimer: This is my teacher's words. It's her story from her childhood, I'm just repeating it. This is her story. :)

So, my sixth grade teacher revealed to my class one dia that she had met George Harrison when she was a kid. This is how her story to us went.
Her late father was a missionary and basically traveled all over the world so my teacher and her sister (who was also my teacher in college) pretty much lived everywhere. And in 1963 they finally made it back to America and while living there they reconnected with a couple they had befriended in England. And according to her while they...

It was an unusual group that came walking into the restaurant (a nice restaurant, but not the same one the Beatles had taken their unfortunate first girlfriends to) a couple of hours later: the four girls, still smelling of blood and looking like they’d just won a fight; the four Beatles, rumpled and in need of a change of clothes and perhaps a shave, though still as gorgeous as ever; and one very large dog, who stuck close to Jenna but would periodically pad over to Ringo and lick his hand.
“We don’t allow cachorros in...” the waiter started to say, but then stopped when he saw the Beatles....

Finding the Beatles turned out to be easier said than done.
“What is this place?” gasped Emma, as the four girls and one dog stepped out the kitchen’s other entrance into what they had expected to be another room or a hallway.
Instead, the o espaço was filled with any number of doorways and paths, each one twisting off in a different direction. Some of these hallways separated later on into other hallways, and most of them had multiple doors in the sides. The girls hadn’t realized how mazelike the house was before, because the front entrance led pretty straightforwardly into the kitchen....

Natalya, Emily, May, and Morag did not expect to have visitors, or that anyone would ever stumble on their secret location. No one ever came out here, and no one had ever had any reason before to think that there might be a house tucked into this corner of the woods, much less to try and find the place. Besides, even if someone did manage to stumble on their house, the place looked far from inviting. It was made of rough grey stone, twisting towards the sky like some misshapen castle, and the rooms inside had a most confusing layout for anyone who didn’t live there and already know the place,...

The Beatles took their girlfriends out for a fancy jantar in a nice restaurant with dark, secluded tables where no one could see them to bother them. All four Beatles felt a little uncomfortable in the back of their minds, knowing this was the first time they had even not shown up when their fãs were expecting to see them. But sitting here in the candlelight with their best girls, these thoughts seemed somehow unimportant, and were pushed aside.
“Let’s go back and get the car,” Paul said, as they stepped out into the chilly night air a few hours later. “I can drive us up to your house.”...

For the rest of their week in town, the Beatles spent every free minuto with their new girlfriends. They took long walks in the chilly late-fall air, the Beatles holding their girlfriends’ hands after receiving cool nods of permission. This activity, though, meant that the fãs could see them, and many of them made it clear that they were not happy about the Beatles’ choice of girlfriend at all.
“Stupid girls,” muttered Emily again, as she and John passed a small crowd of teenagers who glared at Emily and cast pleading looks at John.
“These ignorant teenagers should be locked away for...

Paul hoped the subject of names wouldn't come up again; the whole thing was making him very uncomfortable. He didn't like having to pretend like this, but he didn't see what else he could do. He steered the conversation to anything else that popped into his head as he, Ringo, and Winston took their adjoining seats on the plane. Winston grinned at these increasingly aleatório topics with a teasing expression, and Paul, hastily casting his mind around for a topic that would be completely natural to bring up, said, "Do you like rock-and-roll music, Ringo?"
Ringo perked up. "I amor it! That's what...
