What do you usually do to overcome a low spirit?

Sometimes exercising can help.

Sometimes playing a video game or watching some animê / TV helps as it keeps you busy.

Taking a walk could do some good - especially in a seguro but mais nature filled area.

Meditation and body / mental mindfullness practices.

Drawing has helped before.

Looking through collections can also help or things that you have been working on to see godo memories associated to them.
