If chá is so relaxing then why do teapots make such annoying noises?

Cause. If you loose all your money and then get $10 its a big deal, but if you still have all your money adn you get $10 its not that big of a deal.

If it annoys you first, its mais relaxing later.

I don't know, I use an electric kettle without a whistle. I don't mind if my water boils for a little bit longer, the hotter water makes for mais flavorful tea.
