My mind is 29 years old.

Mine is 27.

It said I have a mental age of 18.
And I am 18.
So I suppose it's fitting.

However, I'm the most mature person I know (I'm even more mature than my childish parents), so I don't know how much I agree with that. I don't think asking someone how many texts they send a day or how many friends they have is an accurate measure of mental age.
