The Truth, Lies, and Doris - A Dorski fã fiction: Part 3 - Fierce Bargain
Kowalski felt as if he were floating in space. Probably because he was tied and hanging upside down from a hook on the ceiling. The blood had all rushed to his head, making his reactions slow and dazed. Waking up from his unconscious dreams, Kowalski made out a blurry figure, in the shape of a dolphin.
"Well peng-u-in! I see you fell for my carefully planned trap!" Dr. Blowhole said.
The sun from the a very small window on the roof came down and illuminated Dr. Blowhole's metal eye plate, but the rest of Blowhole's lair was dark and dreadful in appearance. He stood there with a crooked grin, holding a remote control with a single red button on it. The lagosta that had hit Kowalski stood beside him por his left side holding a oddly large laser. Kowalski frowned at it, realizing it was better than his measly plasma-blaster, and the lagosta chuckled.
"Dr. Blowhole?",said Kowalski. He wriggled in the tight rope that he was wrapped up in.
Dr. Blowhole smirked, "What's the rush, running from someone?"
Kowalski hung there with a blank expression on his face as he apprehended that Blowhole was right.
"...Actually.....yes."
"Hmm, interesting that you would be running away from Skipper, your team leader and your friend."
"Wait, how did you know-"
"Kowalski, I have cameras and minions everywhere! I would expect mais out of your small bird brain!"
Kowalski thought about Dr. Blowhole's words and how he knew everything that happened. Even... the Skipper and Doris incident.
"How's Doris been Kowalski, I knew you have something for her."
Kowalski closed his eyes and turned his head away, remembering the pain of the awful betrayal that Doris and Skipper shoved upon him.
"Had, Blowhole, had"
Blowhole grimaced looking away from his tied victim, "Ugh, how I hate that dim-witted dolphin! She ruined one of my plans for revenge, trying to demolish my weapons and such just to save you peng-u-ins... especially you Kowalski."
(Wait... me? I thought she liked Skipper...)
"Well anyways, I have a compromise for you."
He stared at Blowhole with a questioning and annoyed face, making sure that he didn't see Kowalski's curiosity of the negotiation behind the hard mask.
"If I release you from your bounds and let you go, you can return to your team or just leave to wherever it is you must go."
Kowalski was indignant, "I'll never help you with one of you schemes Blowhole!"
"Hmm. That's what I thought. I guess I'll have to feed you to Chromeclaw 2 then... it's around his lunch hour."
Blowhole pressed the button on his remote and the floor opened from the area were Kowalski was hanging. There was Chromeclaw 2, another of Blowhole's mutation, chained to a metal pole. This Chromeclaw had two arms made entirely out of chrome, and was much larger and appeared fiercer than the previous.
"...And if I agree... what will I have to help you with?", Kowalski went on.
Dr. Blowhole smirked again and a evil look came to his eyes.
"Skipper's death."
